New Year's Resolution - Communicate with your Customers
It is way too late to be making new year's resolutions, but it is always a good time to resolve to find better wys to keep in touch with your customers and clients. One easy way is to start an email newsletter. An email newsletter (like this one, this is issue #3) allows you to send helpful suggestions and updates about your company to potential and existing customers. It only takes an hour or two every month, but it can pay off by helping keep your business name and focus at the forefront of your customer's minds.
